Gracen joined Wood Financial Group as an executive assistant in 2025, bringing a wealth of organizational expertise and a passion for supporting others to her role. With an associate degree in paralegal studies and previous experience as an executive assistant, Gracen is no stranger to managing details efficiently and seamlessly. By joining the financial services industry, she saw an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic field while continuing to serve her community.
Gracen finds great fulfillment working alongside wonderful people and learning the intricacies of a new industry. She takes pride in using her skills to ensure that the team operates smoothly, particularly by taking tasks off Wes’ plate so he can focus on driving the business forward.
A Murfreesboro, Tennessee, resident since 1997, Gracen has built a life centered on family, friendships and personal growth. She is the proud mother of twin daughters, Adaira and Kennedy, and a devoted dog mom to Ginger, her seven-pound Miniature Pinscher with a big personality. Outside of work, Gracen enjoys reading, traveling and spending quality time with friends.
